Our millenary cuisine originated in the north African Mediteranean Berbers mountains. Our mothers cooked daily and sourced our food from local markets, supplemented by what we could grow in our family garden. This way of life is ingrained in the cuisine of Casablanca. To live up to our culinary heritage, we personally source our produces every other day. This elevates our home cooking to a celebration using the freshest ingredients from neighborhood shops. We guarantee an experience like no other.
